“Many people will come to you for help but remember to direct them to me.” A message of God to Rehema.
Ever since then Rehema organizes prayers and worship sessions for people to learn more about the nature of God and what He requires of this generation through AVID.
The first time Rehema thought about the purpose of life was when she was about 7 years of age. At that time, she was a school drop out only after a year of being in school. Her life was unpredictable because she had no mother, no father, neither sister nor brother. She lived with her step-grandmother who just disliked her and made her a life a living hell.
“I want to change people’s lives.” She thought. “Please God, turn me into an adult now so I can start changing people’s lives. I will not mention it to anyone. It will be our secret” she prayed.
When she got an opportunity to return to school she made a promise to help fellow children to perform well in class so that it becomes easier to study.
A decade later, Rehema helped numerous children in slum communities through her homework support programs. And during holidays, children would come from villages for their school holidays. It was then that she realized that a lot of people were underserved in their basic needs of life especially those in villages where she received the calling of God to do ministry.
Rehema is now a commissioned servant of God by the Miracle Bible College of Robert Kayanja Ministries and Seguku Trumpet Center, World Trumpet Mission.
